Which size should I choose?

The T-shirt has a regular, comfortable fit.

Guidelines for orientation:
• 160–170 cm / 55–70 kg → M
• 170–180 cm / 70–85 kg → L
• 175–185 cm / 85–100 kg → XL
• 170–190 cm / 100–120 kg → XXL (relaxed, clean fit)
• 180–200 cm / 115–130 kg → 3XL (slightly looser look)

Example:
175 cm / 110 kg → wears **XXL** (regular fit, not oversized)

Tip:
If you are between two sizes:
• Body-hugging → one size smaller
• Loose / more comfort → one size larger
