Guidelines for orientation:
• 160–170 cm / 55–70 kg → M
• 170–180 cm / 70–90 kg → L
• 175–185 cm / 85–105 kg → XL
• 170–190 cm / 100–120 kg → XXL (relaxed, not too loose)
• 180–200 cm / 115–130 kg → 3XL (slightly looser look)

Example:
175 cm / 110 kg → wears **XXL**
(relaxed fit, good on shoulders & chest, not oversized)

Tip:
If you like a looser look → choose one size larger.
For a body-hugging fit → choose one size smaller.
